4 year Agriculture Scholarship
Dispersed (to the student and at the end of each semester) as follows:
$500 per semester – years one & two
$1,000 per semester – years three & four
Major must remain “Ag Related” to qualify.
The four year scholarship will be renewed at the end of each semester upon proof of full time attendance and adequate grades. Student must have an accumulative 2.5 Grade Point Average (GPA) for the first year and 2.75 for the following three years. With the exception of the summer session, the student must be enrolled in college full time and in consecutive semesters.
Scholarship
Dispersed (to the student and at the end of each semester) as follows:
$500 per semester pending submission of the previous semester’s grades.
A minimum Grade Point Average of 2.5 is required.
The Monte Vista Cooperative’s Dedication to Education Foundation was instituted to establish scholar-ships to assist students with financial support to the college or university of their choice. (Our scholarships are not limited to colleges or universities in Colorado).
The scholarships are in honor of our Co-Op’s founding members and in remembrance of Dennis Kay and Mike Kelley; former employees who whole-heartedly believed in our young people.
The Monte Vista Cooperative scholarships are made available through donations from our members and customers, our board members, and from monies collected at our special events and functions.
